Pointe Groups

The Three C's of Pointe Groups

CONNECTING with each other.

CHANGING through personal growth.

CULTIVATING a missional heart.

Pointe Groups provide an opportunity to meet regularly with people like yourself in an enjoyable setting.  Pointe Groups create an environment where truth without apology is expected, and questions about life, love, God, and anything else are welcomed, addressed, and answered.

Common Questions

What can I expect at my group?
Expect to find a new perspective that will not only connect you to others in a real way, but to God.

How do I find a group?
   1. Our Get Small events will be coming in the future...but for now contact our Community Life Pastor at
kmatthews@chapel-pointe.org or call the church office.

   2. Ask Around. People are constantly looking for more people to join their group...

How long do groups last?
Each group is different.  Some groups meet seasonally and others never stop meeting, but joining a group is not a life-time commitment.  You decide when you join and when you leave a group depending on where God takes you.  Many people join groups for a time and then leave to lead a group of their own.

What if I have a hard time connecting in my group?
Don’t give up. Every group is unique.  If you try out a group and things don’t work out, look for another group.  There is a group for you.  If you need help finding one that fits, contact our Community Life Pastor at
kmatthews@chapel-pointe.org or call the church office.

What about my kids?
Every group handles childcare differently.  Talk to the leader of the group and find out what they are doing for childcare.

What will my group study?
Each group chooses their own study.  All the curricula used by Pointe Groups has been reviewed by Chapel Pointe.  Contact the Pointe Group leader to find out more about what they’re studying.
Pointe Group Leaders

Pointe Groups provide an incredible place for people to do life together in genuine biblical community as God intends. Of course, groups provide a place for God’s truth to meet the realities of everyday life.

As you well know, these kinds of healthy groups don’t just happen—they are created and molded by leaders, who then develop more leaders who come together with a common vision.

Thanks for your leadership.

We honestly couldn't do it without you.
