What's the difference between a Rooted group and a Rooted roundtable?
Rooted Groups are for those currently in a Small Group.
Rooted Roundtables are designed for people not currently connected to a small group. They will be made up of small groups of 6-10 people, where participants will be led by a table facilitator through the Rooted small group discussion.
What if I can't make it all 10 weeks?
We understand that Rooted requires a significant time commitment, but we believe it is worth investing in the entire process. If you know you will miss more than two meetings, we ask that you wait until the next session of Rooted. The 10 weeks are a cumulative experience, and so we ask that every participant commit to honoring each other by being at every meeting.
What is the difference between Rooted and Small Groups?
Rooted isn’t just another small group—it’s a 10-week discipleship experience designed to deepen your connection with God, the church, and your purpose. While Rooted includes elements of small group, Bible study, and worship, it is a unique journey our entire church is stepping into together this fall.
Can I build a group with people I know?
Loving relationships set the tone for community. That’s why you can build your own Rooted roundtable with people you know and trust! If you want to build a group, you will need to fill out a Rooted Facilitator Application and attend our facilitator training.
When are Rooted Roundtables offered?
Rooted Roundtables are designed for people not currently connected to a small group. They will be made up of small groups of 6-10 people, where participants will be led by a table facilitator through the Rooted small group discussion.

Do I have to sign up if my Small Group is already doing Rooted?
Yes, in the Hudsonville registration, please select ‘Existing Small Group’ in the section named “Additional Attendee Information”. For other campuses, please select the Rooted Roundtable time that works for your schedule.
What if I want to do Rooted in multiple environments?
Each individual is only charged one $30 registration fee regardless of how many Rooted environments they participate in.
