We are called to walk in daily remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice. As Jesus went to the cross, He responded to the sin of man with compassion and peace. For the joy set before Him, He gave His life to save us from the result of sin, which is death. He paid the price of our sin on the cross by taking on the sin of the world. By this we are at peace with God. We need to live daily in remembrance of the death of Jesus.
